61. Midwives must refrain from intimidating, hindering or denigrating in any way whatsoever a representative of the Order in the performance of the duties conferred on the representative by the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the Midwives Act (chapter S-0.1) or a regulation made under the Code or the Act, in particular this Code, or any person who has requested the holding of an inquiry, or any other person likely to testify before a disciplinary body.
